C# NET 2008 How to Compile Application

Hullo Friends,
I do need your help. Please help me.
I have finished developed C#NEt2008 application and was asked to compile it for deployment. I have not done it before and really do not know how to do it.

Please brief me of the steps and actions or menu options to activate that are required to do the compilation.

Here is a good tutorial of deploying a C# application using a standard Visual Studio Setup Project.

I need to know both of your question:
DEPLOYMENT PACKAGE
AND INSTALLER

As both of these are the request of the IT Manager who asked me to develop the application.

I do need your help to show me the codings for both of them.
