C#.NET 3 and WiN10 API

How everybody is doing?

I hope you and loved ones are safe and sound.

 

I would like to learn topics related to control windows apps , how and where they will open on monitors. 

 

I would like to create a Client-server application running on Windows 10 that we could customize how WinApps would be behave when open and their location and size on different monitor(s).

Like so, 4 instances of Firefox, 3 instances of VLC, Vscode, Photoshop, etc...

Able to to Save this locations and size as a layout/preset to recall anytime and the layout would open in seconds. 

On a DB?

Client side would be HTML5/CSS/JS Framework/or Blazor? 

Might be dealing with WinAPI?

 

The hard part is to find tutorials dealing and teaching those topics.

 

Where should I start?

 

Should I create a container and each containet should open a .exe, how?
