C#.net proveit test

Thanks for the info.  The test I will be taking tomorrow is titled C#.net, so I do think it will just be the basics.  I just didn't want to go into the test unprepared.

I don't recall if I have ever taken that one but I have taken a lot of these things. First, you need to know what the test focuses on - is it for web development or just the C# language? If it is just the language the questions are typically going to be fairly easy if you have a good understanding of the framework. They generally focus on things you'd need to know: variable declarations, scope, conditionals, data access, event handling, collections, object oriented programming, and so forth. If the test is web oriented; it will have a lot additonal questions about things like page life cycle, view state, and topics like that. These tests would be a little difficult to cram for; you'd likely either know or not - you probably would not have enough time to learn all the basics anew but if you have a proper grounding in the basics I am sure you will be fine. If you have problems with any of it; make a mental note of what you might have struggled with and study that for the future; this won't be the last of these tests you will see as these have become quite commonplace and everyone has to take them regardless of experience.
