To avoid this, either you have take out connection details from app, i mean it can be modified from out side of app and install sql server management studio as same as in your PC and attach database to it, after installing pc, you can modify connection details file which you took out as in this pc

 

or 

 

you can ship your database file with your app when you create setup, but you have to give some common path to that database which available in all pc's like temp folder or appdata folder, then when you install the database file should copy to that directory

when you create application, you have given connection string as in your pc and that database existing in your pc with same connection properties, so that it is working on your PC. but it may not be the same connection details in another pc or hat pc does not have database, that is why you are getting this error in another PC
