I am working on calender control events. I have a textbox and a calender control. i want to insert the value directly into the textbox by selecting a date in calender. how can i do that ?

Hi Geetha
You should use AjaxCalendar.
Format="dd-MMM-yyyy">
this will show the date in text box without any event when u will click on calendar.

}
If it's Winform control, then you could try in above way.

Asp.Net Calendar Control Code.

Try this code :
protected void Calendar1_SelectionChanged(objectsender,EventArgse)
{
TextBox1.Text=Calendar1.SelectedDate.ToString("dd/MM/yyyy");
}
or
protected void Calendar1_SelectionChanged(objectsender,EventArgse)
{
TextBox1.Text=Calendar1.SelectedDate.ToShortDateString();
}
