Call method of a loaded dll

How can I call methods of a dll that is already loaded and ready to be used from an extern application fe Access 2000? My methodes are visible by com. This dll should be the interface between access and an application that only can load this dll. Can somebody help me? thx,

Is that not going to create a new instance when you call that methode?

you can use the invoke platforom it's better

[dllImport("dll name")]
public static extern methodName (arguments....);

the metod name must suit exactly the name in the assembly and the arguments sould follow the same order
