Can change company with in 4 months?

Hi Team, I have 4 years of experience on DOT Net. Recently I joined in one company 4 months completed. But the company want to night shift. I am not intrested to work as night shift.So is good for changing company with in 4 months. Plaese suggest me.This is my 3 rd company.

Hi,

This is not a good reason for switching a company and Do you have any health Problems or other reasons for working night then you can talk with your HR department.

Better to talk with your management and take one decision.

Job hunting is not a good thing. But you have solid reason, try and change according to me.

Well that's really a personal question, as you said you don't like relocates so it is upto you if you dont like it, just leave it. You are having 4 year of experience man, you can go anywhere and can make charm in your job. If by going professionally private companies used to do such things, we should ready for such situations, as we are under some firm.

But in your case you are not fresher, having good experience, sound knowledge-able, what else a good company needs, just leave it and migrate to other.
