Can desktop application changed directly to web application

and also can a desktop application changed directly to web application,Keeping all the Functionalities same ???

Either With Third Party Application or with Visual Studio Itself ??

if your desktop application have proper architecture,like 3 tire etc then you need change only UI and you can use DAL and BAL from desktop application.
