Can I create a setup file using InstallShield?

Hi ,
I created a setup file for a windows application using InstallShield of Visual studio 2012.But my application contains some crystal reports.The sap crystal report runtime engine is not in the Redistribales of Installshield .How can I include all the supporting files for crystal report in the Setup File?
