can I use visual studio 2019 for create website and sale

Hi developers, I have freelancer web develoer, I want to create website using asp.net web form in visual studio 2019 community version, and sale website as freelancer, can I use visual studio 2019 community version for my business as individual developer for create website and sale .

If i create website and sale then microsoft allow to do this or fine charge or take any legal action against that website and developer.

Please guide.

Yes of course. You can use VS community version to build websites/solutions and sell it commericially. You have all the necessary tools/features available for making any kind of websites/solutions. This is absolutely free.

Yes. You can use VS Community edition for commercial purposes with in 5 members.

Yes, Sachin is correct. Visual Studio is just a tool to write code and build software. If you write your own code from scratch, you own your code including a full Website. However, if you copy code from third party open source projects, you need to look at each of those projects' licenses if you are allowed ot use them in commercial applications or not.

yes, VS community can be used with a group of 4 people with the same license key. This means when you download the community you are assigned a license key if 3 more people download VS community with the same information as yours then they will all get the same key.

You and 3 more teammates can use this for commercial use.
