Can not connect to Remote Server

loHttp.ContentLength = lbPostBuffer.Length;

loHttp.ContentType = "application/xml";

System.IO.Stream loPostData = loHttp.GetRequestStream();

loPostData.Write(lbPostBuffer, 0, lbPostBuffer.Length);

loPostData.Close();

HttpWebResponse resp = (HttpWebResponse)loHttp.GetResponse();

Stream sr = resp.GetResponseStream();

result = new StreamReader(sr).ReadToEnd();
