can we create App web URL in Sp designer workflow?
here with the help of SP hosted app am sending a mail(using SP designer workflow2010) and in that email i want to provide a link to SP hosted app,so for that purpose i need to either create or access the app URL,so how can i do that?is that feasible?

The SharePoint App is always installed on the special web called as App Web. And SharePoint does not allow to manipulate this App Web using Browser or using SharePoint Designer. So I don't think this is possible and if by any means it becomes possible then it will harm your App web.
SharePoint users does not advice to use this in SPD.
