Can we pass dataset as a parameter in stored procedure ?

Accepted answer

You cannot pass the DataSet directly to the Stored Proceudure. However, you can pass DataTable to the Stored Procedure using "Table-Valued Parameters". this was introduced in SQLServer 2008.

Basically, you need to create a Type and create a structure and then create a DataTable in C# with the same structure and then pass it using ADo.NEt.
