I dont think so this feature is available. If at all we did it any how in our application. People can edit text using twitter app anytime.

We can try adding some class which makes it readonly at our application UI. But at the end when user posts at any social platform. They have full access to edit their tweet/ post. So user will have finally that capability to edit even if will try to put anything on our application side.
