Can we use some video clips?

I need some feedback on using video clips as url (youtube, my own or any reference) in articles. Is there any problem with this? Any legal or illegal issue? Maybe you will reply that when video url is dead, article will have no meaning or less meaning, right? Not a problem, I (we) will use own youtube account and videos for this.
