Cannot access http tfs server 8080 on IIS

I have installed tfs server on windows 8. After successfully installation I am not able to access tfs server on 8080. Given below message is displayed:

Calling LoadLibraryEx on ISAPI filter "C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v4.0.30319\\aspnet_filter.dll" failed

Please help me out on this issue.

Maybe you need to add complete tfs server path and port number instead of relying on "connection details" box in "Add Team Foundation Server" dialog box. :8080/tfs OR maybe you've wrote this address: :8080/tfs/ so just omit the "/" at the end of your address.

Check this works ? drop msg here if it worked or not. I am trying if i get something towards solution.

Thanks for replying!! As per your suggestion i have changed the settings. Following exception are gone away. Still another message are displayed:-

HTTP Error 403.14 - Forbidden
The Web server is configured to not list the contents of this directory.

It might be because you haven't changes the configuration of IIS , check this link refer it properly might this work to get your solution.
