Cannot configure WampServer

Hi,

Followed instruction on the below link & did most of the work successfully.

I opted for Dreamweaver rather than Notepad - Is this a mistake?

Though I changed the Port from 80 to 81 it does not get saved - Is this because I use Dreamweaver rather than Notepad?

After refreshing & opening LocalHost my folder consisting of the website shows on 'Your Projects' BUT does not open. Gets an error report - ''this site cannot be changed''

Pls help me
