Cannot find SMTP at windows features

Please i cannot find how to SMTP at the windows features , any help as to how to add or install will be greatly appreciated.

Enable the SMTP in Windows 8 Pro
1 - Open the Windows Control Panel and select 'Programs & Features'
2 - In Programs & Features select 'Turn Windows Features on and off' in the left column.
3 - You will already have enabled the IIS services to enable the neatComponents installation, but if you have not done so already do that now.

4 - Also enable the ASP.NET services - Windows may ask to get more files from the Internet - accept.

When the feature additions complete you will be able to access the IIS SMTP control from the Windows Control Panel - Administrative Tools.

Please i hv develop a mailing application which i want the smtp to be enable so i can test it to if it works ok, it is a laptop not a server, but the thing is smtp is not found under the iis where it usually be. i am greatful for help please hepl me out here thanks

ok thanks man but know this process but it is not listed under IIS

simple .. step 1 open control panel ...
step2 click add remove program or Uninstall programs
step 3 . in the left side see windows feature on or off click on it and enable smtp
