Can't install Expression Encoder

Hi!
I want install a MS Expression Encoder 4 on my computer but i only get a information:  
"Your computer is scheduled to restart. Restart your computer and run Setup to continue installing this Expression porgram". I restarted my computer but I only getting again this window. I've Windows 7. Some ideas?
