Can't send shipping address to c-sharpcorner

I have two prizes standing in my account ni Initiated state. I have recently sent the shipping address via email (in delayed response to email from c-sharpcorner), and also via private message to a member of the awarding team. However, I have not received any response to these messages and it seems like my shipping address has not been accepted by the site.

Is there another way that I can send my address, so that awards that are waiting can be shipped?
