Capture Image Crop and upload on another page in imagebox

I am facing some problem in image crop button. i have three button Capture Image, Crop Image and Upload Image.

Image successfully captured but when i click on Crop Button image is gone. and not save in crop folder. i want crop image in perticular dimension and store in crop name's folder. using java script. 

kindly please help me in this.
