Career Advice on Switching my job

I am a member of C Sharp Corner (user name:sSayeed), As i hold currently 3.5 Years of Experience in Microsoft .NET technologies currently working with Xerox,Bangalore.I am looking forward for a suggestion from experts like you on switching my Job. To be honest from June 2013 joined in Xerox not much work is in my project just a kind of maintenance part/small changes are being carried out till date. Due to this i had severely decreased my skill level by this time i got an another offer from one of the Company Called Customer Centric Solutions, Working on Microsoft Dynamics CRM Software, Bangalore. As being a part of MNC (Xerox) should i need to change in this position or need to wait for an offer from MNC company's where i am confused to take a decision kindly suggest me with the proper decision which should i need to make.
