Your mentioned university "Kuvempu University" is an state university which was established in year 1987 and has its territory and jurisdiction upto Shimoga, Chitradurga, Davanagere and Chikmagalur.

It can't offer courses beyond this territory. So, are you doing your B.Sc.(IT) from other than these covered area then it invalid as per the guideline of UGC. University can't offer any courses beyond its territorial and jurisdiction area nor can have franchisee centers.

Secondly, B.Sc.(IT) courses is not listed at DEC website for offering this courses. Please check it here at serial no63 : http://www.dec.ac.in/Documents/currentstatus.pdf

Which course you pursued from NIIT? I highly advice you to go for a degree course and complete it however. There is no career in programming without having a bachelor degree. Day by day our education level is increasing and it would be very hard to find a job in It without graduation.
