@Rosi:  From given link, you can check company details like complete address, who are the directors, when director got changed, their business etc.

I Know, Bank will Not approve your loan application if your company is not registared .

Here, you will find a link in left side tab under "Quick Links" as "Check Company or LLP Name". It will open a new tab/window with this url: http://www.mca.gov.in/DCAPortalWeb/dca/DetailsQueryName.do

Also, I doubt if your mentioned company is a registered company. It may be registered as a firm/proprietorship or it may have registered with different name. But I doubt. Its contact us page does not look professionalized. Also domain you have given was bought on 21-Sept-2012 only, so this is newly opened one. http://whois.domaintools.com/qualityat.com


@Abhinit : It is not compulsory to have a pvt ltd, now a days there are different trend to keep the name and get register themselves.
Now a days many peoples just add Pvt Ltd with their startup business name for making impression. They run their business, and peoples don't guess what they are.

If company is registered then there must be Pvt. Ltd. with company name.

You can know about the company only from a insider who is currently working in the company. How can someone who has not been in the company can tell you about that. You have to do this work yourself. And don't be negative about anything.
