hi i am completed MCA in 2014 almost compliting 1 year but i not get any job in my desire profile i am looking for .net profile i given more than 15 interview but i am not successfully to crack any interview .plese say may i have another career option right now.

Don't be disappointed from this situation always trust on your skill and do better for your future.

sushil do you remember why you where un-successful at those previous interviews?
I mean do you remember the specific questions that they asked which you were not able to answer?
In case you do remember then the question is can you answer them now?
You see it's common to fail, that is one way how we learn, so I would advise you that you fill the wholes that you have in your knowledge, in other words learn what you were not able to answer on those previous interviews.
Another thing, commonly companies like to give a programming test that you need to solve on paper or on whiteboard. Have you encountered these tests in your interviews?
In case you did I would encourage you to prepare for any future tests, for example you can use this site for testing programmers aptitude. It has a collection of coding tests which are used for interviews, use them and try to solve them.

Hi Friend, Buy not getting a job means you are not down in anyways.You are fresh to this society intially you have a chance to face lot of challenges by not getting a right job and have to face lots of rejections.Brother thats all part and parcel take life as it comes with sheer confidence.And coming to your job, if you want to earn, get into any bpo companies and work for a while or if not take an option by doing certification in good institute i recommend take networking as it is a very good field lots of scope are there and the institute will arrange you interviews by then initially dont work for salary,it may be hard for you but dont worry gain exp THAT IS MOST IMPORTANT and if you are confident come out with your exp skills i assure you ll get a good job. DONT LOSE HOPE.

If you are really trying your best to make your career in IT industry then you be focused for some more time to get the better opportunity and to perform well. Keep learning and practicing the language or topics which are not in your command properly. Recognize your weakness by analyzing all the previous interviews sessions and try to remove those problems and work on your communication skills too. Because communication skill is the first thing to impress anyone.

Hi Sushil,

No, Why means if you selected another option you will learn basic of new subject and practice only.
So my suggetion is do practice more in .net and learning clearly what you know. After that you will try to attand /face the interviews. ALL THE BEST.

What are your skills? You have to match up with the company profile, try to find in where .net companies are there. You should learn various other technology too.
