Career in web technology

Hi, I am working in a small company as C# developer on desktop application. I have basic knowledge of ASP.Net. My company use .Net only for desktop application. I am working on project form last 3 month. In this 3 months I ignore ASP.Net. I want to learn and work on web technology. I am confused how I learn new concepts in ASP.Net ?
