Hello, There are always few people who have great technical skills but not able to show them due to lack of communication skills. So if you are having good command on technical skills then you should go further in this because switching to other career due to only communication problem shall not be healthy for your effort made to get that strong skills. In my opinion, you should do practice for your communication skills and it can be done in many ways. There are various video tutorials available which can help you to improve yourself. Its not a big deal for you, when you can learn such kind of computer language then you can also learn a language for communication. Good Luck :) Thank you.
