Career Thought Process, Is it good with MS Dynamics CRM ?

Is there is really some scope with a fresher who has started his career hands on microsoft dynamics CRM. Is the instincts of a developer not be revoked by working on dynamics CRM platform. If it is good then which one is good functional consultant or technical consultant. Please help me , its my starting point of career if i have to change then i can change it now
