Career Thought Process, Is it good with MS Dynamics CRM ?

I thought I already answered this question. I highly recommend beginners and young guys to just start working in any real company. When you work in a company, not only you learn a specific technology but you also learn how companies work, culture, the process, and more than anything else, you build a network, get confidence, and improve communication. All these things matter even more than if you know Dynamic CRM or C# or SQL Server. This is what many technical guys miss. They just focus on learning coding.

 

So first thing, join the first company that will give you a job.

Second, if you do not like your job, start searching and join a different company.

Till you find the job you like. Try to learn as much as you can at any position. Ask questions. Put "Why" everywhere.

 

I highly recommend all young guys to focus on communication, confidence, and presentation.
