CAS (code access security) , I want to create code group or permission setup for particular .exe over my machine ,
I have VS 2010 over my machine and need to access .NET configuration tool , but I am not able to see .Net configuration tool into Control Pane -> Administrative tool .
So now, I need to install some thing , how can I set the permission for particular exe .
