Hi Team,
I am 29 and have around 6 yrs of experience in IT Helpdesk. Currently I am jobless and have decided to persue some specialisation. Now the thing is I have already spent 6 yrs in IT Helpdesk and have family to look after. Hence can you advice me something in which I have to invest less and achieve more. I am not intrested in coding, but more inclined towards Vendor Management, People management, Procurement, Budget and Policy guidance. I am even ready to do something which is more of database but less of coding. How about Sharepoint, will contribute to my standing ecperience?
Pl advice.
Thanks,
Trupti

Other option can be Project Management. I've seen many non-technical people doing PM. Again, this is my experience in US.
