change icon at the left-up of window frame ???

I wish fill my brand icon to the left-up of window frame. I change at property icon of such windows form by adding my icon but it can not . How do i solve such problem?

Check couple of things, 1. Add the Icon to the project. 2. Make sure Build Action to the Icon Properties is set to "Embedded Resource" or you can try adding by code, Icon = new Icon(this.GetType(),"YourIconName"); Thanks.
