Change owner of List item

Question

We have a list file for Sales Forecast that has set "Create items and edit items that were created by the user". User enter Forecast for their Customers. But customer responsibility might change. So each record has a personal field (Salesmen Account name) in the file. I need move the permission of the list item to another Salesmen using Flow (PowerAutomate). I already did:

- change Author (Created by)

- use action "Grant Access to item or folder..."

- Audience targeting

unfortunately nothing worked as expected.. Hope the somebody has another idea how this can be solved
