Salary depends on the place. If iPhone development offers high salary in your area then go for it. But then again experience matters most before you can get a good salary. Just work hard and eventually you will get what you deserve. Just believe in yourself. Good luck on your career! :)

But here's my input. Don't let your current state decides about which job to take instead let your passion decides what job to take. The moral is, even if being an IOS developer earns more than a Windows Phone developer- that doesn't take you anywhere if you are not happy and passionate about it. What I'm suggesting is focus on the job that you love and you are passionate about and gain more experience. Salary will come after all the hard work.
Adding to that, if you are also interested on IOS development then go for it. It is still a mobile development and it is a plus in your skill sets. Learning alot of technology is a big plus in your career. Just love your job!
