Change selected value of combobox on selection changed event

1) How to get combobox item on selection changed event.

2) I dont want to event to fire or do its default work.(i tried with e.handle its not working as execpted)

That is not working i tried ...i want to put my text on selection changed of combo box..i tried with display member also it says i item template and display member path cannot use at same time
