Change Size of Title Bar on Mac

Office for Mac 2011 is available for free to MSDN subscribers (10 copies). I just downloaded and installed on my Mac. I think I am going blind since I start using Mac.

Anybody knows how to make Maximize, Minimize, Close button and Title bar of applications larger on Mac?
