Change state for job

Hi

I am windows phone developer since last 2 year in ahmedabad, Gujarat.
but now i thinking to going for pune for earn to more money as well as
my english communication is poor so i thinking after going to at pune environment will change i
my communication skill will be improve.

please suggest me this is right decision for me or not ?

or i am going to wrong track ?
