Hi i need to change button name edit when i have records in textbox. if i have null records i need to rename to save. while loading page in mvc

I can guess that you are using model to bind textbox values at edit time ,something like
Name:"text" value="@Model.Name"/>
if this is the case then changing button's value is very easy like
"submit" value="@(Model.Name==null?"Save":"Edit")"/>
