MySqlConnection conDatabase =

new MySqlConnection("connectionstring");

MySqlCommand cmdDatabase =

new MySqlCommand("command to change column name;",

conDatabase);

conDatabase.Open();

cmdDatabase.ExecuteNonQuery();

conDatabase.Close();
