my profile indicates 0 messages and 0 notifications indicating members can be contacted.

my question is: how can I contact members or a local chapter individually and/or by chapter group.

The send icon (top right hand corner of member profile picture black square with 3 dots) is not so obvious was pointed out by another member. I cannot a send message because a minimum of 100 points have not been earned. Makes it difficulty for new members to communicate with the local chapter

On member profiles, there is a Send Message icon and connect icons, you can connect with people and send them messages.
