characters "%0D" getting added to SP url in I.E browser

I think there is no code because it is a pdf file in which there are some texts to which hyperlinks are assigned.But how come those links are working fine in mozilla and chrome.

Tha above is some texts on pdf file which on clicking it will redirects to pages.

The carriage return is escaped with %0D

Remove if it is used in code

Is it possible to post here the code line which is actually redireting?

If redirect is being used with a variable, also post variable initializing code, too.
