But not have this event...

 Have "CellEditEnding", "CurrentCellChanged", "SelectedCellsChanged"...

PS: This is in WPF C#

In events of DataGrid, there is event exists named CellClik, you can use that event. the event argument will tell you the row and column index. You can get the cell value by using these indexes
