I have a .NET Console Application which has been working properly for a long time. Now when I run it, I get the following error "CLR Error 8007000b. The program will now terminate." Does anyone one know why this occurs?

Is it possible that your console application was written in Beta 2 but your framework had been upgraded to release version? It is just one thought. In that case you need to re-compile your app in the release environment.
