code for perfect image cropping-c# winforms

Hello experts, I want code for cropping an image in c# winforms in strecthmode and i dont want to lose the clarity of the image after cropping please help me with a solution.

You can use LEADTOOLS programming toolkit to load your images and crop any rectangular area using the CropCommand class. More details can be found here:

Also, this toolkit supports many files formats (documents and images) that are not natively supported using the default .NET framework assemblies.
