can anyone plz tell me the code of sending notification about the new registered user to all the members of the same application???

If your developing windows application then you can accomplish it in following way,
If your using MDI form then making any new form to use as notification can be possible by writing code as per your need. You can take help of background workers to write some code for notification. Also message box would be helpful to you.
If your using regular form then you can take help of messgebox.
