Collapsible Gridview as shown in the images

Hi everyone
I just need collapsible gridview . it should be in particluar way which i need to implement.

Go to :
1)http://www.idashboards.com ( and then go to)
2)Live Dashboard Previews panel at center
you can see previews of charts
3) Go to third on right named " Credit Union "
4) frame opens and select second tab " Executive scoreCard"
5) in that tab right hand side corner at bottom

Just play with that chart :
when we click on "+" it expands and shows details
I need exactly like that .

Please help me with some sample code how to implment this using asp.net. If its not possible at all then Pls consider silverlight too :)
