collect info from html form and store it in MYSQL

I got everything written but haven an error saying that my $result variable is not a

valid MYSQL result resource. can someone help my code is

Eugene,
From your Index.php you are submitting the values to modified.php, $result does not have values from Index.php.
Problem: you are not sending values for $result in modified.php from Index.php.
Index.php
Modified.php
while($row = mysql_fetch_object($result)){
