How can i create our own class through collectionbase class in C#

There's an example of creating a strongly typed collection which inherits from CollectionBase here on MSDN (http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/system.collections.collectionbase.aspx).

However, since the advent of generic collections in .NET 2.0, this is something which is seldom done nowadays.
