I want to combine this 2 in listview in winforms how can I do it?

Try this

SELECT * FROM (
	SELECT [QRCode],[FirstName],[LastName],[Type],[Department],
		   [Position], [TimeLogInOut], [TDateInOut]
	  FROM [sampleTable]
) Results
PIVOT (
	MAX([TDateInOut]) FOR [TimeLogInOut]
	IN ([IN],[OUT])
) AS PivotTable

Yes, you can use view instead of table.
