combo box control

Question

Thank you for your services. Keep it up. Please. I have a related table in my Mysql database. Members table and memberstatus table. The memberstatus table is a foreign key in the members table. Please help me out. How do i set a combo box showing the memberstatus such that when i select a status in the combo box it will show records of all members that are 'active' 'resigned' 'dismissed' 'demised'. Thank you.
