combobox with checkbox within a WPF DataGrid

Thanks for your reply. But I got the below errors. The attached property 'ComboBox.ItemTemplate' is not defined on 'DataTemplate' or one of its base classes. The member "ItemTemplate" is not recognized or is not accessible. please check the code.
